TUCSON, Ariz. — After being a Tucson staple for more than 25 years, Maloney's Tavern on 4th Avenue is moving.
This comes as new development is coming to 4th Ave.
In December, 2017, KGUN 9 first reported on plans in the works to tear down Maloney's and The Wreck. It's all being done to make room for a new multi-building housing development.
But, this isn't the end for the two bars. According to The Wreck's Facebook page and Maloney's Facebook page, both bars are moving to The Rock on Park Avenue.
