Ray Langlais has earned every merit badge possible; all 137.
Only 367 other scouts have ever earned that honor.
Langlais said his favorite badge to earn was Wilderness Survival and his least favorite was Backpacking.
In the journey to earn his Athletics Badge, he began running for the Sabino High School cross country team.
Langlais even qualified for the Boston Marathon.
Langlais was celebrated at Troop 141's spring honor court Monday night.
