An animal shelter on the Northwest side flooded in Tuesday's heavy rains.
TUCSON, Ariz. - An animal shelter on the Northwest side flooded in Tuesday's heavy rains.
The Hope Animal Shelter houses more than 30 cats and about 10 dogs.
Three people were stuck inside during the storm - working to keep cats and dogs dry.
They say they'll need help with the cleanup process - and to fix their roof.
Executive Director Susan Scherle says the roof caved in during the rain.
