LIGHTS OUT: Thousands without power across Tucson

Thousands of customers are without power in the Tucson area.

More than 3,000 customers are in the dark as of 6:50 on Friday according to Tucson Electric Power's website.

The cause of most of the outages is equipment damage due to weather.
