TUCSON, Ariz. — Irene's Donuts shop on Tucson's popular 4th Avenue corridor is closing its doors.
The shop announced the closure on Facebook, citing "circumstances beyond our control." Its last day open will be Feb. 23.
The store hasn't been open for long -- the shop has only been open for about eight months, opening in March earlier this year.
The Facebook post received an outpouring of support from customers, Tucsonans and others who have bought donuts at Irene's.
Irene's sits on 4th Avenue, just south of 7th Street. Get your donut fix while you still can!
