All lanes are now open on I-10 West after a crash shut down the freeway on top of the Cortaro overpass.
The Arizona Department of Transportation says it happened around 8 p.m. Sunday when a white passenger vehicle driving the wrong way ran into a marked DPS patrol vehicle. The female driver of the wrong way vehicle and the DPS trooper were taken to a hospital for treatment of injuries.
