According to the Arizona Department of Transportation the I-10 eastbound lanes are closed down near Red Rock.
ADOT reports there was a serious crash Friday night near milepost 226 between Casa Grande and Tucson, and it will likely be an extended closure. There is no estimated time to reopen the lanes.
ADOT says the westbound lanes are open, and troopers are directing motorists off the highway at milepost 226 in Red Rock. ADOT says drivers can take the frontage road to Marana Road and get back onto I-10.
