Hundreds of people in San Jose, Calif. are being allowed back into their homes after heavy flooding.
Some, but not all of the 14,000 told to evacuate were able to return. Some neighborhoods were bombarded with severe flooding, and most are still advised to stay away.
More rain is expected in San Jose this weekend.
