The Humane Society of Southern Arizona is attempting to set a world record in support of Arizona Gives Day on Tuesday, April 4.

HSSAZ is hoping to raise $80,000 and to help them reach their goal, they are going to try to get the most dogs in one picture.

They need 400 dogs to show up at La Encantada on saturday morning at 10.

"The record is somewhere in the 200's," said Randy Peterson with the Human Socity of Southern Arizona.

The Humane Society is also raising money on Saturday through the "Kendra Scott Girls Night Out" event.

Some of the proceeds from jewelry purchases at La Encantada on Saturday night will go towards the Humane Society.
