A fire sparked at a home near Roger and Flowing Wells on Wednesday morning.

According to Tucson Fire, the resident was able to evacuate from the home.
When TFD arrived, they found one home 50% engulfed in flames and the fire had spread to a neighboring home.
More crews responded and were able to knock down the fire from the outside.
Crews rescued 3 dogs from the fire and attempted resuscitative measures on a fourth but were unsuccessful.
There were no injuries to firefighters or residents during the incident.
Detectives are investigating the cause of the fire, but were able to determine that it started in an attached storage area.
The Red Cross was called to assist the displaced families.
