TUCSON, Ariz. - Tucson Fire crews put out a fire at 5500 block of south Santa Cruz near south end of Drexel Road.
Smoke was coming from ain air conditioning unity atop the house. Thirteen units with 25 firefighters responded to the scene at 8:35 a.m.
They were able to control the fire by 8:46 a.m.
No one was home at the time. Crews rescued five guinea pigs from the home.
There is no word on injuries or cause.
