Tucson Police are investigating a homicide that happened on Sunday evening in Midtown on the 4700 block of E. Linden St, across the street from the St. Cyril of Alexandria Catholic School.
Sgt. Kimberly Bay explained one man was shot after an altercation over property with two Hispanic men. Those two suspects left the scene, but were known to some of the residents, according to TPD.
The police were called around 6:30 p.m., where they found the victim with gunshot wounds. He was taken to the hospital with life-threatening injuries, where he later died.

Nobody is in custody, detectives are investigating the scene.
TPD is asking for anyone with information to call 88-CRIME.
