It's a busy weekend for the University of Arizona as Homecoming is expected to bring thousands of people to the University.
University students like Dalton Shoemaker and his friends have made the weekend a tradition.
Shoemaker and his friends are among the thousands of people expected to head to the Old Pueblo.
"It's Homecoming weekend and we have Bear Down Friday's. Many students and alumni come back down to party," says Joe Kaley, General Manager at Illegal Pete's.

Kaley says, just last year on Homecoming the Illegal Pete's brought it $30,000.
"This year, we can be looking at somewhere around $100K just for the week," says Kaley.
Next door, at Frog and Firkin, Joey Lyoes, bartender and server says, on a normal night the restaurant brings in $7k. Last year, the restaurant brought in $27,000
Lyoes says, "It's a significant jump for the restaurant."
The increased revenue helps the local bars survive the quiet summers.
