TUCSON, Ariz. — The City of Tucson is installing a 'Hawk' pedestrian crossing signal at 22nd Street and Belvedere Avenue west of Swan Road.
During the construction watch out for traffic restrictions, which could cause delays on 22nd.
Construction has been pushed back to December 2019.
