Governor Doug Ducey signed two bills that protects free speech for college students and the general public today.
One bill prevents colleges from restricting free speech in a public forum.
It also lays out when limitations are acceptable.
The second bill awards court and attorney fees to students who are successful in lawsuits against universities for illegally restricting their First Amendment rights.
