TUCSON, Ariz. — The Gospel Rescue Mission is holding the 31st annual Christmas Banquet Wednesday.
The banquet is from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the H.S. Lopez Family Foundation Center of Opportunity.
Gospel Rescue Mission had their first Thanksgiving banquet at the Center of Opportunity last month with a success of serving over 1,800 meals.
The Christmas banquet will include a free meal of; turkey, stuffing, mashed potatoes, gravy, mixed vegetables, fruit salad, cranberry sauce, rolls, pies, and drinks.
Gospel Rescue Mission says last Christmas they served 1,745 meals.
Food donations are accepted all year-long at the Center of Opportunity, 4550 S. Palo Verde Road or the Women's Recovery Center, 707 W. Miracle Mile.
