A Good Samaritan saved a woman floating down a canal in Marana after she hit a stop sign and fell in.
According to the Marana Police Department, the canal had a strong current when the woman fell in. The Good Samaritan witnessed the collision and rushed to pull her to safety as she was floating westbound.
The Good Samaritan left the scene before Marana PD arrived.
It has yet to be determined if alcohol was a contributing factor in the collision.
