Golder Ranch Fire District battled a kitchen fire in the Rancho Vistoso area of Oro Valley Monday night.
According to a social media post from Golder Ranch, crews responded to a residential fire call in the area of Vistoso Village Drive and Tabular Place.
The fire was stopped quickly and contained to the kitchen area, the post said.
No injuries were reported.
Fire investigators determined that the fire was caused by a pan of grease left on an active stove burner, the post said.
