A Gold, Canyon, Ariz. man will serve the rest of his life in prison after being convicted of having sex with a girl.
On Tuesday, a Pinal County Superior Court Judge sentenced 58-year-old Reginald Prashaw to life plus 85 years. He was convicted on five felony counts of sexual conduct with a minor, all dangerous crimes against children and two felony counts of sexual abuse with a minor.
The investigation started in December 2013, when the victim's mother called a behavioral health crisis hotline to relay information her teen daughter shared with her about being molested by Prashaw and foced to perform sex acts on him since she was 5. Officials reported the allegations to the Pinal County Sheriff's Office.
