GLENDALE, Ariz. (AP) - Two people have been arrested in a June 6 Glendale shooting in which two people died and a third was critically wounded.

Police say 34-year-old Kipling Harris is accused of murder and attempted murder in the deaths of 47-year-old Alex Kuhn and 69-year-old Peggy Kuhn and the wounding of Robert Kuhn. Alex Kuhn was the son of Peggy and Robert Kuhn.

Police say 39-year-old Kim LaCount is accused of conspiracy to commit murder.

It's not immediately known whether they have attorneys who could comment on the allegations.

The shootings occurred at the home where Alex lived with his parents, his wife and their two young children.

A police statement announcing the arrest didn't specify a motive for the shootings but said Harris and LaCounty were known to the victims.
