This weekend marks the third annual MASH free spay and neuter event in Tucson.
Saturday at 6015 S. Santa Clara, dogs were spay and neutered on a first come, first serve basis.
Tomorrow, Sunday, the same services will be offered for cats.
According to the City of Tucson, more than 1,600 dogs and cats were spayed/neutered in the past two years, thanks to the efforts of several organizations, veterians, and volunteers.
