An estimated 178,560 cases of melanoma will be diagnosed in the United States in 2018.
Free skin cancer screenings will be offered on Friday, June 22 in Tucson.
The screenings are open to the public and will be from 8 a.m. to noon at Dermatology & Plastic Surgery of Arizona, 698 E. Wetmore Rd., Suite 310.
Because there are a limited number of free screenings available, call (520)207-3100 to reserve a spot.
The screenings are being sponsored by the American Academy of Dermatology.
