Four hikers and a dog rescued from 'A' Mountain Park Monday

Tucson Fire rescued a group of hikers and a dog in "A" Mountain Park, just west of Sentinel Peak Road, Monday morning.

According to a social media post from Tucson Fire, the four hikers and the dog set out without water. Two members of the group became dehydrated and dizzy. 911 was called, the post said.

TFD's Technical Rescue Team assisted with the rescue. Two hikers were transported to a local hospital. The dog was uninjured.
