TUCSON, Ariz. — Police say a crash involving a bicyclist and a vehicle Wednesday morning in Midtown has turned fatal.

Fort Lowell was in both directions between Fontana and Los Altos for several hours. The area has since reopened.

The identity of the victim has not yet been released.
