A top travel guide says Tucson is a must-visit destination next year.
Fodor's just released its "Go List" for 2019, which included the Old Pueblo among 52 other beautiful cities, parks and countries with a lot to offer tourists.
The list noted Tucson's "golden outdoors," and "rich culture," citing its Mexican-inspired food, "charming adobe architecture painted in vibrant colors," and mountainous Saguaro forests.
Writer Michelle Rae Uy even encouraged hikers to grab a bike and hit the city's numerous bike and running trails to get around.
Also on the list: Java, Indonesia; the Atacama Desert in Chile; Rapid City, South Dakota; Nashville, Tennessee and Thailand's Golden Triangle.
