Angeline Hamilton says "we really wouldn't have the the country that we have if we didn't have people who were willing to give up themselves that."
For Hamilton, Memorial Day is about paying tribute to her father, a World War II veteran, and the rest who served.
Flag planting happens at several cemeteries across Tucson throughout the Memorial Day weekend.
