Smoke from the Smith One Fire is visible over the Whetstone Mountains Saturday afternoon.
According to the Sonoita-Elgin Fire District, the fire is located off Smith Ranch Road in Benson, near the Skyline and Interstate 10 exit.
The fire has consumed 20 to 25 acres, according to Sonoita-Elgin Fire.
Units from Pomerene, Benson, Mescal, and the U.S. Fire Service are at the scene.
