MARANA, Ariz. (KGUN) — Fire crews were dispatched to a swift water rescue in Marana Monday afternoon, according to the Northwest Fire District.
The rescue happened around 2:15 p.m. neat North Sandario Road and West Avra Valley Road.
Fire crews helped a patient across the flooded roadway.
Authorities are reminding the public to "turn around, don't drown."
