Stormy weather diverted 15 flights from Phoenix Sky Harbor to Tucson International Airport, Friday morning.
According to Tucson International, Phoenix has resumed releasing flights for takeoff now. TIA expects to have clearance to release diverted flights back to Tucson soon.
