Draco Rat was convicted of two counts of Sexual Conduct with a Minor, Continuous Sexual Abuse and Indecent Exposure to a Minor on Thursday.
The Pima County Attorney's Office says Rat sexually abused his daughter over the course of two years. Rat shared custody with his ex-wife and would abuse his then 12-year-old daughter during her custodial stays and visitations with him.
The Pima County Attorney's Office says the victim confided in a friend about the abuse. The friend later notified authorities.
Rat is facing 39-60 years in prison. His sentencing is scheduled for August 29.
