This weekend parents took their children to Tucson's Kidfest held at the Tucson Convention Center.
It had the environment of a carnival with games, food and shows families could enjoy.
Many parents said this was a great example of activities to do with their children during this triple digit heat.
"The air conditioning is one of the main things, it's been really hot lately. A good price for a lot of fun for the kids."
Even though this event is now over, parents say it shows the importance of still finding activities to do with their children while they are on summer break.
