John Walka with Rural Metro Fire says watch for important signs if you're outdoors.
Rural Metro Fire Department John Walka says "When you start to feel the effects of the heat, like nausea, if you start to feel some confusion, if you are just starting to feel general weakness. You need to stop right away and get some water. Get into the cool temperatures because at that point your body can spiral down very quickly if it's left untreated."
If you are out remember besides water, you need to eat right.
Between the heat and humidity, your body will be working hard to maintain a 98.6 temperature.
