Today marks five years since Jan. 8 shooting

Friday is a very emotional day for many here in Tucson, but it is also a time the community has used to come together. 
 
Mayor Jonathan Rothschild will honor the victims by ringing the bell at Fire Central at 300 S. Fire Central Place. This will start at 10:10 a.m. The Mayor will toll the bell for each of the people killed and injured in the shooting. 
 
Another bell ringing will also take place at Banner University Medical Center at 1501 N. Campbell Avenue at 9:50 a.m. It will happen on the front lawn of the center. 
 
Congresswoman Martha McSally will lead a moment of silence during a House vote series around 10:00 a.m.
