AMADO, Ariz. — Tucson police are looking for a driver of a vehicle involved in a deadly hit and run with a tow truck. That crash happened monday night near Oracle and Simmons Roads.

TPD identified the two victims as 32-year-old Ramon Murillo III and 57-year-old Richard Struble. Struble was the tow truck driver who worked for Luna's Auto Service and Towing for about 20 years.

He was unloading a car at a Discount Tire parking lot late Monday night, when he was hit and killed. The owner of Luna's, Jesse Luna, said in the two decades he's known Struble, he's has never had any close-calls on the job.

"Yeah, the fact that he's real cautious about towing when he's out on the highway, he's always wearing his vest and gets on the opposite side of the traffic. Just real cautious. It was a shock that it happened in a parking lot the way it did," said Luna.

Luna says Struble was a really good friend of his. He was almost like a brother..

"Oh very reliable and honest, reliable. Just a god employee. One of a kind," said Luna.

This family-owned business only has two tow trucks. One of which, is now evidence and under police custody until the investigation of the hit and run is complete.

"They kept the other one up there for evidence. So we'll see for how long. I hope they catch the guy and we'll see what the turnout is, I'm curious myself," said Luna.

TPD say the driver was traveling at a high-speed and ran off. The driver is described as a white or hispanic male, around 25 to 35 years old. Anyone with information about the incident or the whereabouts of the driver are asked to call 911 or 88-CRIME.
