Three emergency polls open Monday to avoid lines on Election Day

Posted
and last updated
There are three emergency voting locations open Monday for those who don't want to wait in line Tuesday or can't make it to the polls for Election Day.

These polls are not only for voters to come and cast their ballot traditionally. If you have a mail-in ballot, you can drop it off at these emergency spots without waiting in line. Do not drop it in the mail.

If you want to check the status of your mail-in ballot, you can check if it's been counted on the Pima County Recorder's website.

Locations For Emergency Voting:

  • Downtown: 240 N. Stone Ave.
  • Southside: 6550 S. Country Club Rd.
  • Eastside: 6920 E. Broadway Blvd.

Hours: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

You can also call the Recorder's office with any questions. That number is 520-724-4330.
