TUCSON (KGUN9-TV) - A local restaurant is getting attention for being one of the best Mexican food spots in the country.
The New York Post named El Charro the 18th best Mexican restaurant in the entire country.
El Charro opened in 1922 and has three locations around Tucson, all of which are open seven days a week for lunch and dinner.
Some of their most famous dishes include their steak tampiqueña, carne asada and other dishes from Sonora state in Northern Mexico.
