A drunk Wisconsin dad allegedly left his baby inside a car for three hours while he drank at a bar.
When the bartender called the man a cab, the man asked him to check on his daughter, who had been outside for about three hours. The mother was at work.
Police changed the baby's diaper and fed her. The dad was arrested and has been ordered not to have contact with the baby.
