TUCSON (KGUN9-TV) - Eastbound I-10 on and off ramps at Empirita Road , exit 292, will be closed Thursday at 10 p.m. until Friday at 3 a.m for paving work.
The Arizona Department of Transportation says the work is part of a $15.1 million project to repave approximately 17 miles of I-10 between Tucson and Benson and replace westbound I-10 bridge at Davidson Canyon.
Paving operations on eastbound I-10 are expected to continue for one month, says ADOT.
ADOT advises drivers to proceed through the work zone with caution, slow done and be alert for construction equipment and personnel.
