Posted

One driver is uninjured after flipping his car on WB I-10 just west of Dragoon Wednesday morning because he was wearing his seatbelt.

According to Arizona Department of Public Safety trooper Kameron Lee, a green Ford passenger car swerved to miss a mattress that was in the left lane.

The driver lost control of the vehicle and rolled his car, landing on the roof.

He was able to get himself out of the vehicle. EMS checked on him on scene and he refused treatment.

The vehicle that lost the mattress came back to the scene. Citations are unknown at this point.

Lee says the driver was uninjured because he wore his seatbelt.
