The driver from the rollover crash on Houghton Road that left a 16-year-old dead has been arrested.
The accident happened Tuesday morning. The vehicle was occupied by 5 males.
Pima County Sheriff's Deputies arrested 25-year-old Michael Anthony Rivera and booked him into the Pima County Detention Complex.
Rivera was the driver of the green passenger car involved in the accident.
The vehicle carrying was traveling at excessive speeds, passing in a no passing area, lost control at a curve and rolled over.
Rivera is facing charges of 2nd-degree murder, aggravated DUI, three counts of aggravated assault and three counts of felony endangerment.
