TUCSON, Ariz. — The statewide distracted driving ban went into effect in April, and Arizona Department of Public Safety is ensuring the safety of everyone on the road.

Law Enforcement can only issue warnings if you use you phone behind the wheel.
That will change in 2021 when drivers can get fined for violating the law.
