TUCSON, Ariz. (KGUN) — Tucson police confirms to KGUN they are on the scene of a domestic violence call in the area of the Dollar General, near Interstate 10 and Wilmot on Monday morning.
A suspect was taken into custody, but TPD does not currently have the name or charges.
SWAT responded because the suspect was in a vehicle and refused to exit and may have been armed.
A victim went to the hospital with apparent non-life threatening injuries before police arrival at the scene.
TPD says the incident occurred near the Dollar General but did not involve the business itself.
