A Pinal County Sheriff's Detention Lieutenant was attacked and stabbed multiple times by three inmates inside the Pinal County jail Wednesday afternoon, according to a news release.
The Pinal County Sheriff's Office says the lieutenant was airlifted to a local trauma center and he is currently in stable condition.
