TUCSON (KGUN9-TV) - The Pima County Sheriff's Department is investigating a shooting on the southwest side that happened Tuesday night.
Deputies have arrested 18-year-old Michel Mendivi-Lopez less than 24 hours after the incident.
He was booked into the Pima County Adult Detention Complex for Attempted 1st Degree Murder, Armed Robbery, Domestic Violence Aggravated Assault for causing serious physical injury, and Domestic Violence Aggravated Assault with a weapon.
Deputy Cody Gress says one victim was taken to the hospital. He has multiple gunshot wounds, but deputies could not release his current condition.
Deputies still looking for gunman who shot a man in the Tucson Estates multiple times. Victim is in the hospital. No word on his injuries.

Gress says the shooting happened on the 5000 block of West Lone Star Drive.
KGUN9 viewers living in Tucson Estates reported seeing police helicopters and other law enforcement activity.
