Cochise County Sheriff's deputies identified the victim in a deadly Saturday ATV wreck as 26-year-old driver Tye Humphries.
The passenger, a 43-year-old man, was airlifted to Tucson for treatment.
At 10 a.m. Saturday, the wreck happened two miles south of 1700 N. Parker Road south of San Simon.
Deputies say the ATV hit a three-foot dip in the trail, causing the ATV to launch into the air, then landing and tipping over on the driver's side.
Neither man was wearing a seatbelt.
