GREEN VALLEY, Ariz. (KGUN9-TV) - The Coronado National Forest is monitoring a fire burning in the Santa Rita Mountains.

As of noon Wednesday, the human-caused fire has burned between 75 and 95 acres, according to Heidi Schewel with the Forest Service.

Schewel said the fire is not threatening any structures. Two hand crews of 20 firefighters are on each scene, and two more crews and four engines have been ordered. The fire is active on the north and east flanks.

She said the fire is expected to decrease as temperatures drop and humidity rises.
