Tucson Fire crews put out a fire in the 2800 block of North Campbell Avenue at the Savaya Coffee Market.
No injuries were reported. Two employees were in the building at the time of the fire but were able to evacuate safely.
The employees said that embers ignited in the roaster and spread quickly up the ventilation system.
Initial indications show the fire was an accident, but investigators are still on scene working to make an official decision.
