CASA GRANDE (KGUN9-TV)- A crash and a medical evacuation has caused a major backup on Interstate 10 just before Interstate 8.
State troopers are on scene at a multiple vehicle collision with a possible rollover at mile post 199 on I-10. The Arizona D.O.T twitter feed is reporting additional crashes before the multiple vehicle collision.
Arizona D.P.S is reporting multiple serious injuries. Eastbound lanes are now open, still a five mile backup.
