TUCSON, Ariz. — The Pima County Superior Court is reminding parents that agreements and court orders are still in effect during the COVID-19 Pandemic.

In a release, the court says if one parent is sick or someone in the household is showing symptoms, visitations can be arranged over the phone or Skype. When families do not follow the court ordered plan and cannot agree to temporary changes to their plan, the court will be available to make decisions in the best interests of the children, including entering new orders in emergency situations if needed.

Protection orders are still in effect.

Families can find more information about the guidelines here.
