A Coolidge man has been sentenced to more than 100 years in prison for downloading child pornography.
The Pinal County Attorney's Office said Thursday that 29-year-old Christopher Nelson was sentenced to 110 years last week.
A jury convicted Nelson of 11 counts of child sexual exploitation of a minor.
Coolidge police say they were alerted by the Maricopa County Sheriff's Office in 2014 that Nelson had downloaded more than 100 videos.
Authorities say Nelson downloaded them to three IP addresses, which were all linked to a Coolidge home.
According to police, they seized several computers in that home.
Investigators say those computers contained images and videos of minors being sexually exploited.
A representative for the Pinal County Public Defender's Office declined to comment.
